Once services, deliverables, or digital assets are handed over to the client, refund requests or payment chargebacks will not be accepted.

Clients must ensure they have legal rights to any content, trademarks, or materials they provide.

• Specific search engine rankings
• Guaranteed traffic increases
• Specific sales or revenue outcomes
• Continuous platform availability

Marketing and website performance may vary depending on competition, industry conditions, algorithms, audience behavior, and third-party platform policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers such as:
